PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an optical sheet, by which a lens array layer can be formed by irradiating a UV-curable resin composition with UV rays while suppressing degeneration of a transparent base film, a filter to be used for the method, and an optical sheet.SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an optical sheet includes: a first transfer step of transferring a first lens array feature 2a to a UV-curable resin composition 2 applied on one surface of a transparent base film 1 by using a first molding die 3 having an inverted feature of the first lens array feature; and a first UV ray irradiation step of irradiating the UV-curable resin composition 2 where the first lens array feature 2a is transferred with UV rays. A resin composition that is curable by UV rays at a wavelength of over 300 nm is used for the UV-curable resin composition 2. In the first UV ray irradiation step, the resin composition is irradiated with UV rays through a filter 5 that reduces UV rays at a wavelength of 320 nm or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1B
