PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a general user to easily create a document for transmission including a plurality of variable data display regions for displaying variable data differing with transmission destinations.SOLUTION: A design template for a document including display regions of variable data items is created. For a variable data item, ID setting means 101 sets a characteristic ID and ID relating means 104 relates it. For each transmission destination recorded in list data 50 received from a user terminal 200, variable data recorded in respective variable data items of the list data 50 are put in display regions of the respective variable data items of the design template, based upon the ID set by the ID setting means 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
