PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid electrolyte for an electrochemical element, having chemically and structurally high stability and capable of achieving both higher output and higher heat resistance of a battery.SOLUTION: A solid electrolyte for an electrochemical element includes an ion conducting plastic crystal that is a complex of a plastic crystal containing a quaternary phosphonium cation and an ionic salt, a counter anion of the quaternary phosphonium cation being hexafluorophosphate, tetrafluoroborate or thiocyanate, and the ionic salt being a lithium salt, sodium salt, magnesium salt or aluminum salt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
