PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart gloss onto a coating formed on the surface of cubic rice cracker formed by using agar as a raw material; and to avoid stickiness of sauce dripping on the surface of the cubic rice cracker.SOLUTION: A sauce rice cracker is produced by topping cubic rice cracker produced by using as raw materials, one or a plurality of kinds selected from between nonglutinous rice, glutinous rice and wheat which are topped with soy sauce dripping, with sauce dripping obtained by adding sugar, soy sauce, authentic arrowroot dissolved into water, agar, nutmeg, pepper and cinnamon into sauce, and by mixing and boiling up the mixture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
