PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cold confectionery comprising a three-dimensional pattern on a surface of the base material of cold confectionery such as ice cream, and a density difference pattern made of a sol-like material formed on the three-dimensional pattern, thereby comprising palatability and achieving variety of taste and texture, and a production method and a device thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided the cold confectionery comprising in a cup: a cold confectionery base material layer comprising on a top surface, an irregular pattern; and a sol-like material layer for covering the irregular pattern of the cold confectionery base material layer and having a flat surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 10
