PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a vacuum multi-layered glass in "flow type manner".SOLUTION: Provided is a method for producing vacuum multi-layered glass including: a step of placing an assembly having a bonding layer and an open space between a 1'st and a 2'nd glass substrates, on a transportation table and in which the bonding layer is arranged in a picture-frame shape on the 1'st and/or 2'nd glass substrate and the open space is maintained by a bearing member; a step of transporting, by the transportation table, the assembly into a vacuum chamber under vacuum environment in which a bearing release member is installed; a step of heating the assembly in the vacuum chamber and by using the bearing release member the maintenance of the open space by the bearing member is released, and by the contact of the bonding layer with the 1'st and 2'nd glass substrates an enclosed space is formed between the 1'st and 2'nd glass substrates; and a step of discharging the assembly from the vacuum chamber by the transportation table.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
