PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device for a long material which is a comparatively simple and compact machining device, and can efficiently bore a plurality of holes on a long material.SOLUTION: A boring device for a long material is equipped with: a plurality of drills 5 driven to rotate by a timing belt not shown in Fig. and a gear device 3 which are coupled to a driving motor 2; a plurality of air cylinders vertically moving the drills 5; and a chuck device fixing a pipe material 1. The drills 5 are divided into 3 groups of A, B, and C, and the height position of a tip end of each drill 5 is same in the group, and different in each group. The chuck device is equipped with an end portion chuck device, and a chuck cylinder. The end portion chuck device is coupled to a rotary actuator, and a cylinder is opened to rotate the chuck device and position at an optional rotary angle position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
