PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape folding mechanism which can reliably form a tab.SOLUTION: A tape folding mechanism comprises: a plate 1 which includes a support part a1 for supporting an adhesive tape T at a tip thereof, and has an inclined plane a2 which is inclined in a descent direction from the support part a1 toward the other end; an upper movable body 2 which is rotatably provided above the plate 1, and has a first face facing a top face of the inclined plane a2; and a lower movable body 3 which is rotatably provided below the plate 1, and has a second face facing an underside of the inclined plane. The first face and the second face respectively have permanent magnets M1, M2 which have polarities different from each other and are so provided as to face each other. The lower movable body 3 has a cutting part 4, the cutting part 4 has a horizontal plane 41 which is substantially parallel to the adhesive tape T and a blade 42 which is provided at a tip of the horizontal plane 41, and a tip of the upper movable body 2 and the blade 42 of the lower movable body 3 are so located as to have a specified clearance therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
