This coil module, which is a coil module for wireless communication or wireless power transmission using a frequency band of 13.56 MHz or 6.78 MHz, is provided with: a coil substrate that comprises a substrate and a coil pattern that is provided to one side of the substrate in the thickness direction; an adhesive layer that is provided to one side of the coil substrate in the thickness direction and is formed from an adhesive composition that contains thermally conductive particles, soft magnetic particles, and an adhesive resin; and a magnetic layer that is provided to one side of the adhesive layer in the thickness direction and is formed from a magnetic composition that contains soft magnetic particles and a resin. |
