A seating arrangement for a vehicle convertible between a first and second mode, comprising a first and second support elements (2,3) arranged to define a space (105) therebetween, a first and second seat squab, and wherein at least the first seat squab comprises two parts formed by a split through a plane of the first seat squab, the two parts comprising an upper and lower first seat squab, wherein;
in the first seating mode the first and second seat squabs are arranged on the first and second support elements to define two, facing seating areas; and
in the second sleeping mode, a third support element (10) is provided to extend in the space between the first and second support elements and define therewith a continuous support surface (11), wherein the upper first, the lower first and the second seat squab are arranged to cover the first, second and third support elements of the support surface (11). |
