PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display guidance display information corresponding to an abnormal state of an information apparatus on a mobile terminal device, without need of a user operation and additional equipment such as a server device.SOLUTION: An information display system for displaying on a mobile terminal device B guidance display information, corresponding to an abnormal condition of an information apparatus A, includes: an error information generation means 102 for generating error information corresponding to the abnormal state of the information apparatus A; based on identification information associated with processing currently executed in the information apparatus A on the occurrence of the abnormal state, an error information transmission means 108 for transmitting error information to a mobile terminal device B through radio communication; based on the transmitted error information, a guidance generation means 204 for generating guidance display information; and a guidance display means 206 for displaying the generated guidance display information on a screen display unit 207 of the mobile terminal device B. |
