摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to locate an abnormal part when an abnormality occurs to any one of an engine, a single-tap filter (filter for PM collection), and a PM sensor.SOLUTION: A filter inflow PM quantity (quantity of PM flowing in a single-tap filter 31) is estimated by the following three estimation methods. A filter inflow PM quantity PME is estimated on the basis of an operation condition for an engine 11, a filter inflow PM quantity PMD is estimated on the basis of an output from a differential pressure sensor 36, and a filter inflow PM quantity PMP is estimated on the basis of an output from a PM sensor 32. The estimated PM quantity PME (filter inflow PM quantity PME) based on the engine operation condition, the estimated PM quantity PMD (filter inflow PM quantity PMD) based on the differential pressure sensor output, and the estimated PM quantity PMP (filter inflow PM quantity PMP) based on the PM sensor output are compared, and an abnormality of the engine 11, an abnormality of the single-tap filter 31, and an abnormality of the PM sensor 32 are determined discriminatingly.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
