PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a risk of system abnormality in an early stage.SOLUTION: A monitoring center includes: a storage unit that stores configuration information received from an electronic apparatus; and a first list that stores configuration information representing that the electronic apparatus is in a first state. When receiving the configuration information of the electronic apparatus, the monitoring center determines whether or not the configuration information is different from previously received configuration information on the basis of the storage unit and, when they are different, determines whether or not the configuration information is same as the configuration information stored in the first list. When it is determined that the configuration information is same as the configuration information stored in the first list, the monitoring center detects the electronic apparatus corresponding to the configuration information from the storage unit. |
