PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resealable packaging bag having a top surface which has a take-out port and is formed as one flat surface, and relatively easily producible.SOLUTION: A packaging bag includes a bag body 10, and a backing sheet 20. The bag body 10 has a lid flap 12 formed by providing a notch 11 in a top surface, and a take-out port 13 appearing when the lid flap 12 is raised. The backing sheet 20 is arranged inside the bag body 10, and has a base material layer, and an adhesive layer stuck to the reverse side of the top surface of the bag body 10 so that the base material layer is protruded inward from the inner edge of the take-out port 13. This allows a part of the lid flap 12 to be stuck to a part of the adhesive layer when the take-out port 13 is closed by the lid flap 12. |
