PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elevator system capable of making a relevant elevator priority user surely use an elevator in standby due to an automatic call aiming at the elevator priority user, and a device and a method for controlling the operation of an elevator.SOLUTION: In the elevator system, a visitor management device, an IC card reader device and an operation control device are connected to one another. The operation control device performs automatic elevator hall call registration when a visitor is determined to be an elevator priority user in the visitor management device, and thereafter terminates the automatic elevator hall call registration registered in relation to the identification information of the user when an elevator user is determined to be the elevator priority user in the IC card reader device. |
