PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric leakage determination device which can perform further proper determination of an electric leakage.SOLUTION: An electric leakage determination device 20 for determining existence or absence of an electric leakage between a high voltage circuit 100 mounted on a vehicle and the vehicle outputs a synthetic wave S of an AC signal including a first AC signal of a first frequency and a second AC signal of a second frequency larger than the first frequency to the high voltage circuit 100 via a resistor 26, and in the state that the synthetic wave S of the AC signal is outputted, acquires a peak value of the first AC signal and a peak value of the second AC signal from the synthetic wave S of the AC signal of which a pressure is divided by the resistor 26 and an insulation resistance component of the high voltage circuit 100. Further, a micro computer 50 determines existence or absence of an electric leakage on the basis of the acquired peak values of the first AC signal and the second AC signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
