摘要 The present invention relates to a method for making a spicy raw fish salad and a spicy raw fish salad prepared thereby, wherein the method comprises the steps of: preparing a fish meat; marinating the fish meat with a table salt; adding vinegar to the marinated fish meat, followed by aging; performing a first cleaning of the aged fish meat; soaking the cleaned fish meat in the first cleaning, in water; performing a second cleaning of the soaked fish meat; and adding a seasoning to the fish meat in the second cleaning, followed by mixing, wherein the seasoning includes garlic, sesame oil, sugar, hot pepper powder and corn syrup. The spicy raw fish salad prepared by the present method provides a pleasant chewy mouthfeel and desirable flavour, thereby improving the sensory properties. Also, the present invention does not use glacial acetic acid and can thus prevent excessive sourness and help promote the health of those who consume the salad. Further, the present spicy raw fish salad can suitably serve as a snack for consumption with alcoholic beverages.
