PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low-noise reactor, soft magnetic powder for a low-noise reactor, a core and a method for manufacturing a core which enable the effective suppression of noise generation by increasing the hardness of an insulator layer of soft magnetic powder.SOLUTION: Soft magnetic powder comprises: soft magnetic powder; and a condensed metal phosphate. The condensed metal phosphate is mixed by 0.5-2.0 wt.% to the soft magnetic powder, whereby the soft magnetic powder is coated with the condensed metal phosphate. It is preferable to use a condensed aluminum phosphate, especially aluminum tripolyphosphate as the condensed metal phosphate. |
