A system and a method for verifying and storing scanned image data are provided to read an error in a process of digitizing a paper document and correct the error, thereby storing scanned image data. A system and a method for verifying and storing scanned image data comprise the following steps. A scanning unit scans a dedicated paper equipped with a verification table or a verification area(555). Validity of the scanned image data is verified(560). The scanned image data whose validity is verified are stored in a server through a network(585).
