<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographing device for reducing a stress applied onto a wiring material such as a flexible board to prevent the wiring material from being deformed or disconnected, and to provide portable equipment provided with the photographing device. <P>SOLUTION: Spring members SP1-SP3 are inserted between screw heads and an image blur correction unit 200 to attach a casing by screws through through-holes of the image blur correction unit 200, and further through the spring members, when attaching the image blur correction unit 200 to the casing of a cellular phone or the like. The image blur correction unit 200 is slid laterally by a backlash of the through-holes 205A-205C to reduce the stress onto the flexible board FR1, when the image blur correction unit 200 is operated to apply the stress onto the flexible board FR1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
