<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and certainly acquire status monitoring data of normal service equipment or emergency equipment of a plant and to implement status monitoring maintenance of these pieces of equipment. <P>SOLUTION: A sensor 11 measures data containing vibration, temperature etc., of equipment: a data processing means 12 processes the measured data; a temporary storing means 13 saves the processed data temporarily; a data saving period determination means 14 compares data processed by a data processing means 12 with a criterion 21 and determines a period of data to be saved; data within the period of the data to be saved among the data saved in the temporary storing means 13 is saved in a raw data storing means 15; and a data post processing means 16 and a diagnostic means 18 performs determination whether an abnormality and degradation have occurred in monitoring object equipment based on the data saved in this raw data storing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
