PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically selecting human and material resources when a support organization responds to an outside work handling event.

SOLUTION: A personnel management system is configured so as to: automatically select resources suitable for an outside work handling event occurrence point from human and material resources of a support organization by a personnel management server 1 with a trigger of transmission and reception of GPS information when the outside work handling event occurs; transmit automatically handling instructions to the selected outside work handling personnel to a portable terminal 2; and make the outside work handling personnel perform operations such as request and confirmation from a display screen of a portable terminal 2 each other or to the personnel management server.
