PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor controller which enables the accurate detection of abnormality, while effectively suppressing the occurrence of torque ripples at two-phase drive accompanying the occurrence of an energization failure phase.
SOLUTION: A microcomputer detects the abnormality of a control system, based on a q-axis current deviation ΔIq. Moreover, the microcomputer includes an abnormality judging part which can detect the occurrence in case that energization failure occurs in any phase of the motor. It generates a motor control signal by the execution of the phase feed back control based on a phase current command that changes in the shape of a secant curve or a cosecant curve, with a specified rotational angle as its asymptote, as to a phase other than the energization failure occurrence phase concerned, at occurrence of the energization failure phase. In this phase current feedback control, the phase current command concerned is limited into a specified range. Then, the microcomputer does not perform the judgement processing for detecting the abnormality of the above control system, in case that it is within a rotational angle range (a current limitation range) where the phase current command is limited within a specified range, at the occurrence of energization failure.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
