<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporting post, capable of rotating, when a traffic guide sign plate disturbs passing of a float or the like, the plate 90°to allow the float or the like to pass. <P>SOLUTION: The supporting post 1 raised on a foundation 2 to mount the sign plate 18 is divided to a base-side pole 3 and a sign-side pole 4, and the base-side pole 3 and the sign-side pole 4 are rotatably connected to each other by flanges 7 and 13. When the sign plate 18 is rotated 90°, the pole 4 is rotated at the flanges 7 and 13 to change the direction of the sign plate 18, and the flanges 7 and 13 are fixed by a fixing bolt 19 and a nut 20. When the sign plate 18 is returned to the original position, the fixing bolt 19 and the nut 20 are removed, the pole 4 is reversely rotated 90° to return the direction of the sign plate 18, and the flanges 7 and 13 are fixed again by the fixing bolt 19 and the nut 20. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
