Disclosed is a bidirectional hinge which allows a passive anchor of a cable-stayed bridge to be double hinged by means of a double plate piece or fork, this latter element being welded to a tab attached by pins to a main tab or slim head of the bridge mast, and the main fastening fork of the cable to the active anchor of the cable-stayed bridge.
