PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fireproofing protection structure for a steelwork, capable of being installed at a small thickness around the steelwork before exposed to heat of a fire or the like, and of forming expansion residues having a sufficient thickness when the steelwork is exposed to heat of a fire or the like.SOLUTION: The fireproofing protection structure for the steelwork includes the steelwork, and a thermally-expansive fireproof sheet for covering the outer periphery of the steelwork, the thermally-expansive fireproof sheet having surplus parts fixed by a temporary hook part and a joint part, whereby the thermally-expansive fireproof sheet forms a cylindrical shape so that the length of the inner periphery of the cylindrical shape formed by the temporary hook part of the thermally-expansive fireproof sheet approximately corresponds to the length of the outer periphery of the steelwork. When the fireproofing protection structure for the steelwork according to this invention is exposed to heat of a fire or the like, the temporary hook part is opened to secure a cylindrical-shape space where the thermally-expansive fireproof sheet can expand. |
