[Problem] To provide a solar-panel cleaning device that quickly, reliably, and automatically cleans the entire surface of a solar panel and is easy to perform maintenance on. [Solution] A solar-panel cleaning device that cleans the entire surface of a solar panel and comprises a moving frame, a cleaning body mounted to said moving frame, a plurality of movement wheels provided on said cleaning body, a drive device, and a power-transmitting means. The cleaning body comprises the following: a spray device comprising a plurality of nozzles that spray the surface of the solar panel with high-temperature steam, high-pressure water, or a cleaning chemical; and a wiping means provided between the top and bottom edges of the cleaning body in the middle of the cleaning body. |
