PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more accurately determine a user state and generate context information containing the determined user state, by using a measured external state relating to a user or the periphery of the user.SOLUTION: A context information generation device 100 comprises: an external state acquisition part 101 for acquiring an external state relating to the user or the periphery of the user; a biological information acquisition part 102 for acquiring biological information of the user; a reliability determination part 103 for determining the reliability of each piece of biological information on the basis of the external state; and an internal state determination part 104 which determines an internal state on the basis of the reliability determined by the reliability determination part 103, the biological information, and internal state determination information containing a previously stored internal state corresponding to the biological information and generates context information containing the internal state. |
