PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle control device capable of, at the time of vehicle collision, suppressing stopping of an automatic brake control that is not intended by a driver when a driving force of the vehicle is being limited, and capable of stopping the automatic brake control by a proper operation with an accelerator pedal when the driving force of the vehicle is not being limited.SOLUTION: An automatic brake control part 48 constituting a vehicle control device 10, stops an automatic brake control when an operation amount Ac of an accelerator pedal 34 comes to be a first accelerator threshold value Ac1 or higher in a case where a driving force of a vehicle 12 is not limited at the time of vehicle collision, and stops the automatic brake control when the operation amount Ac comes to be a second accelerator threshold value Ac2 or higher which is higher than the first accelerator threshold value Ac1 in a case where the driving force is being limited.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
