PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screen mask capable of accurately controlling the amount of solder paste to be transferred in screen printing, and to provide a method of manufacturing a screen mask.SOLUTION: A screen mask 1 of the present invention is characterized in that: it comprises a substrate 10; a hole 20 penetrating the substrate 10 is formed; and a roughened region 33 having a surface roughness greater than that on one side of a wall surface 30 of the hole 20 is formed on a part of the wall surface 30. The method of manufacturing a screen mask of the present invention is characterized by: forming the hole 20 in the substrate 10; and roughening a part of a surface on the other side of the wall surface 30 of the hole 20. |
