PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently output an accurate feature point.SOLUTION: A feature point output device 1 comprises three-dimensional mapping means 13, and feature point extraction means 14. The three-dimensional mapping means 13 projects normalized face image data 23 obtained by normalizing a face part of input image data 21 on a three-dimensional face model, and generates projected face image data 24 obtained by performing projection transform on the three-dimensional face model oriented in a predetermined direction. The feature point extraction means 14 extracts a feature point from the projected face image data 24 to generate feature point data 25.
