The invention provides an adhesive sheet with excellent oligomer sealing performance. The adhesive sheet of the invention is provided with the components of: a substrate material (11) which is formed by a polymer film, an adhesive layer (12) which is arranged on one surface of the substrate material (11), and a resin layer (13) which is arranged on the other surface of the substrate material (11). The resin layer (13) is formed through curing of a resin composition. The resin composition is provided with the components of: (A) more than 50% and less than 80% by mass of bisphenol A-type epoxy compound, (B) more than 5% and less than 30% by mass of polyester compound, and (C) more than 10% and less than 40% by mass of multifunctional amino compound, wherein an absolute value deltaHAZE value of a difference between an early-period HAZE value of the adhesive sheet and a heated HAZE value of the adhesive sheet after heating at a temperature of 150 DEG C for two hours is less than 0.15%. |
