PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable prevention of a reduction in a load on a column to accurately perform pressing operation to an operation body.SOLUTION: A rotation device causes elastic force of a spring 41 in an arrow X direction to act on an end 51A of a coil spring 5A in an arrow Y direction through a holding plate 42. An end 52A of the coil spring 5A is locked in a holding hole 12 and its displacement in the arrow Y direction is regulated. Elastic force of the spring 41 in an arrow X direction constantly acts on the coil spring 5A in a direction to fasten a peripheral surface of a column 3. |
