PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sample holder which allows for observation of a solid polymer fuel cell in power generating state, and to provide an electronic microscope.SOLUTION: A sample holder 100 of an electronic microscope for observation of a solid polymer fuel cell 1 having a fuel electrode, a solid polymer membrane and an air electrode includes a support for supporting the solid polymer fuel cell 1, a gas atmosphere chamber 20 for housing the solid polymer fuel cell 1, an oxygen gas supply pipe 30a for leading oxygen gas to the gas atmosphere chamber 20, a hydrogen gas supply pipe for leading hydrogen gas to a fuel electrode, first wiring for connection with the fuel electrode, second wiring for connection with the air electrode, and a heating part for heating the solid polymer fuel cell. |
