PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mold device for in-mold foaming molding in which wall thickness of a concave mold and a convex mold can be made thin, the heat capacity of the mold device can be reduced and large energy saving can be realized, by releasing the force of pushing to each other between the concave mold and the convex mold due to linear expansion generated by heating in the mold device in which the center plate of a concave unit is omitted.SOLUTION: In a mold device for in-mold foaming molding in which the center plate of a concave unit is omitted, by incorporating an elastic body 50 expanding and contracting in the mold opening-and-closing direction in a part of a concave mold fixing member supporting a concave mold at a concave mold housing as cantilevered, a force of pushing to each other between the concave mold and a convex mold due to linear expansion generated by heating can be released through expanding and contracting of the elastic body, and wall thickness of the concave mold and the convex mold can be made thin because no high stress is generated in the concave mold and the convex mold, the heat capacity of the mold device is reduced and large energy saving can be realized. |
