A tungsten halogen lamp having a sealing flange is provided to maintain sealing without an expensive quartz window and implement application to various thermal treatment processes. A tungsten halogen lamp(100) includes a light emitting unit(101), a quartz tube(102), a power lead wire(103), and a sealing flange unit(104). The sealing flange unit is formed at a middle end of an outer peripheral surface of the quartz tube. The power lead wire is protruded at one end of the quartz tube. The light emitting unit is formed inside the other end of the quartz tube. The sealing flange is formed in the shape of a circle, an oval, or a polygon. An O-ring insertion groove is formed on a lower end surface(105) of the sealing flange unit or on an upper surface of a lamp housing in contact with the lower end surface of the sealing flange unit. |
