PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire which suppresses wiping deformation and tire's circumferential deformation in accordance with the part of tread rubber to achieve an appropriate ground-contact shape and reduce rolling resistance.SOLUTION: The pneumatic tire has: a belt layer 5, which is disposed in a tread part 3; the tread rubber 7, which is disposed in the outer circumferential side of the belt layer 5; and two main grooves 8, which are extending circumferentially in the tire and formed between a tire equator CL and a belt layer end 5t in the outer surface of the tread rubber 7 when viewed in a tire meridian cross section. Belt reinforcing layers 6 (6c, 6m, 6s) are provided respectively at the positions covering two locations 5c and 5m, which are in inner regions of the two main grooves 8, 8 in the belt layer 5, and a belt layer end 5t. The belt reinforcing layers 6c, 6m, and 6s are disposed while they are separated from the other belt reinforcing layers in a tire width direction WD, and the belt reinforcing layer in the shoulder side is set to have a higher modulus than the belt reinforcing layer in the tire equator side. |
