PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply and easily separate isomer compounds in a short time period by solving problems in separation of so-called isomer compounds that utilization of differences in chemical interactions cannot be expected, since differences in absorption forces, charges, and hydrophobic properties are small, and it takes time before equilibration of the whole system in which holding and separation are stably conducted in a liquid chromatography.SOLUTION: A resistor is arranged in an outlet channel of a column used in the liquid chromatography. With the actuation of the resistor, column inlet pressure is adjusted to 10 MPa to 100 MPa so as to change solute behaviors of the isomer compounds for every compound. |
