PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure avoiding the risk that a coupling screw is damaged due to its deformation caused by impact in an edge guard of a type in which the coupling screw is used for fixing.SOLUTION: In an edge guard fitting structure of an excavation bucket, in which an edge guard (20) is fitted to a bottom edge part (11A) of an opening (11) of the bucket (10) by fixing a lock plate (22) to a lock base (21) by means of coupling screws (23), an impact receiving hole (21B) having a larger diameter than that of a screw hole (21A) for the coupling screw is drilled in the top face of the lock base, and an impact receiving block (22B) is integrally formed at the underside of the lock plate. When the lock plate is insertion-fitted into a through-hole, the impact receiving block is pushed into the impact receiving hole to bring the outside surface of the impact receiving block into tight contact with the inside face of the impact receiving hole, and the impact applied to the edge guard is received by the outside surface of the impact receiving block and the inside face of the impact receiving hole. |
