Disclosed is a drive system (1) for conveyor, extruder, thrust and traction devices, center winds and synchronizing applications (2), comprising at least one power-split powertrain (8) and a plurality of drive units (15, 42) or electric motors that are coupled via a software-driven electronic synchronization system (11), the power-split being implemented by means of a gear stage (9) or a planetary gear set. The drive units (15, 42) are controlled by means of a time-dependent, distance-dependent and/or angle-dependent and/or speed-dependent and/or acceleration-dependent and/or deceleration-dependent and/or torque-dependent controller which controls a synchronous acceleration or deceleration of at least one drive unit (15, 42) in accordance with linearly or hyperbolically increasing power characteristics or a constant power curve (32). The drive units (15, 42) are operated either as a motor or a generator, the power balance being achieved in a intermediate voltage circuit with integrated braking chopper or brake resistor and the drive units (15, 42) being operated in the field weakening range. |
