摘要 The invention relates to machine industry, in particular to plasma equipment, and may be used in installation for arc-plasmatic metal cutting. An arc plasmatron consists of a dielectric body. Inside body it is located a hollow copper electrode, a nozzle, a water-cooled solenoid connected with a current distributor and an electrode, cannels for water and gas supplying. In the end of the copper electrode it is installed an end vortex. Between the hollow copper electrode and the nozzle it is located a ring insulator, to which main vortex and a ring water header are hermetically attached. Main and end vortexes by means of valves for gas expenditure relocation are united with a cannel for gas supply. The solenoid is located inside a steel cylindrical bush with one end hermetically attached to a terminal-insertion, another end–to the dielectric body. The terminal-insertion has openings united with a hollow that is created by walls of the electrode and the cylindrical bush. Axes of the adjacent through openings of the terminal-insertion are located at 60-70° angle one relatively another in projection to a plane that goes along longitudinal axis of plasmatron. The solenoid is made from a number of parallel coils of copper insulated wire, output ends of which is uniformly soldered around circle to the terminal-insertion. The invention provides enhancement of productivity, reliability and efficiency of the device for plasmatic cutting.
