A power train of an automatic transmission is provided to implement 7 forward shift stages and 3 reverse shift stages. A transmission unit(400) includes a fixing input member connected to an input shaft(100), a fixing stop member connected to a transmission case(300), a final speed output member for outputting a final rotation speed, and a reduced speed output member for outputting a reduced rotation speed. An output unit(500) includes a variable input member, a variable input/stop member, a variable stop member, and a transmission output member in order to generate 7 forward shift stages and 3 reverse shift stages. A first clutch(C1) is formed to connect variably the variable input member with the reduced speed output member. A second clutch(C2) is formed to connect variably the variable input member with the input shaft. A third clutch(C3) is formed to connect variably the variable input member with the final speed output member. A fourth clutch(C4) is formed to connect variably the variable input/stop member with the input shaft. A first brake(B1) is formed to stop variably the variable stop member. A second brake(B2) is formed to stop variably the variable input/stop member.
