The motor has two set of coils integrated to a rotor shaft and successively supplied by electric current for inducing a rotation of the rotor shaft, where one set of coils is provided with an impedance value different from that of the other set of coils. Each set of coils is connected to a set of collecting strips. Brushes establish a contact with the set of strips during its rotation of the shaft. An independent claim is also included for a method of controlling an angular position of a rotor shaft of a direct current electric motor.
