FIELD: packages, particularly bottles with pressed-on caps, methods and equipment for bottle production. ^ SUBSTANCE: method for bottle production with the use of multi-component equipment involves producing blank (preform) by injection molding, wherein the preform has supports made on upwardly facing surfaces; moving preform to blow mold form; heating preform and shaping thereof by inserting rod through preform neck for preform stretching in longitudinal direction along with bending upper preform surface in downward direction so that stop created in upwardly facing preform surface extends in transversal direction in preform volume; blowing out stretched preform to impart shape mating blow mold form to preform and to produce bottle. Cap is formed by injection molding and is fixed on bottle neck by means of stop projecting in transversal direction. ^ EFFECT: possibility to use equipment to produce bottle with cap or without cap, elimination of use metal corrugated crown cap and possibility of crown cap usage advantage keeping. ^ 19 cl, 19 dwg |
