FIELD: medicine, vaccines. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an antigen composition, a method for its preparing and its using. Composition comprising antigen, aluminum salt and histidine is prepared by: (1) mixing aluminum salt and histidine to obtain a mixture histidine/aluminum salt, and (2) mixing a mixture histidine/aluminum salt and one or more antigens. Antigen can represent a protein or saccharide antigen from N. meningitides preferably. Proposed composition is used in production of a drug for enhancing the immune response in mammal and in humans against antigen (antigens).
