A dual-band dual-polarized antenna for a mobile communication base station is provided to prevent isolation and cross variation of an antenna from being damaged by easily controlling beam width. A dual-band dual-polarized antenna for a mobile communication base station includes a reflecting plate(50), a first radiation device module(11), and a second radiation device module. The first radiation device module is composed of a plurality of dipoles to form a regular square shape with a horizontal side and a vertical side substantially. The first radiation device module transmits and receives two linear orthogonal polarizations for a first frequency band. The second radiation device is formed in the regular square shape of the first radiation device module by interleaving and is composed of a plurality of dipoles of an X-shape.
