IC CARD AND ELECTRONIC VALUE TRANSFER SYSTEM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card and an electronic value transfer system for reducing the load of a user operation when carrying out transfer processing of an electronic value between IC cards.

SOLUTION: An electronic value transfer system is provided with: host equipment A-00; an IC card A-20a with a principal authentication function; a transfer origin IC card A-20b; and a transfer destination IC card A-20c. The IC card is provided with: a contact I/FA-21; a flash memory A-22; and a TRM(Tamper Resistant Module) A-23. A card application A-24 is provided with: a command dispatcher A-24a, a principal collation part A-24b; an attribute information judging part A-24c; a card application operation mode changing part A-24d; a transfer data reading part A-24e; an encryption processing part A-24f; a principal information reading part A-24g; a certificate storage region A-24h; and a data storage region A-24i for storing the pointer information of transfer object data.
