PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector of a structure capable of narrowing a pitch and processing (bundling) a cable, securely locking with a counterpart connector, and simply releasing the locking, without increasing a number of components.SOLUTION: A connector 10 includes: a plurality of contacts 14 and 15; a housing 12; an upper cover 16 and a lower cover 18; a strain relief 20; and a member 22. The strain relief 20 is equipped with the member 22, and has a first releasing function portion 204 provided with locking means for locking with a counterpart connector 50 and on which the member 22 acts. The member 22 is provided with a second releasing function portion 224 acting on the first releasing function portion 204 of the strain relief 20. By pulling the member 22 in the opposite direction to a fitting direction of the counterpart connector 50, the second releasing function portion 224 acts on the first releasing function portion 204 to release the locking means of the strain relief 20. |
