PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint nut which is more improved by enabling a fastening completed state to be also easily recognized while using a hook spanner improved in fastening workability.SOLUTION: A pipe joint nut made of a synthetic resin comprises: a nut thin part 2A including a female screw 9 which can be threaded with a male screw 5 in a joint body 1; and a nut thick part 2B including a tube pressing portion formed in an inner peripheral portion away from the female screw 9 in the direction of an axial center Q. A groove or recess 12 for forcible rotation engaging a claw of a hooking spanner S is formed in an outer peripheral portion of the nut thick part 2B. The pipe joint nut has such transparency to see the radial inside of the nut thin part 2B from the radial outside thereof. |
