At least one of the light-emitting diodes (12) of the secondary optical unit (5) is arranged relative to some of the reflecting surfaces (61) such that at least a portion of light beams of the primary optical unit (4), which are directed to the reflecting surface (61), passes prior incidence onto the reflecting surface (61) and/or after reflection from the reflecting surface (61) through the diode (12) light-emitting surface (121).
